What is X-Pen?

X-Pen is a well researched product developed in consultation with the Western Cape Department of Education, tested in the classroom, in the exam hall and even at home. It is a pocket companion for any neuro divergent student, offering TRUE READING FREEDOM as it enables these students to become independent readers. 

 

It  is a convenient portable, in the pocket off-line and online assistive text reader of printed text. Scan text with this state-of-the-art device and have text read out to you aloud in real time in all natural speaking voices.

X-Pen is specifically designed for use in tests & exams where a student requires reading assistance.

No unauthorized material or content can be loaded onto X-Pen and it can only be used to support text reading.

X-Pen only reads the written text out loud via any bluetooth headset. Pair X-Pen with our X-Pods headset to offer complete privacy. This means that X-Pen can be used in the classroom, reading text books without disturbing class mates.
