We could easily double the current price of X-Pen, and still X-Pen will still be half the price of other "APPROVED READER PENS".
Our strategy is to keep X-Pen "AFFORDABLE" for all children in desperate need of READING FREEDOM.
We have no resellers and the price in our X-Shop is the final retail price.
Due to the high demand, X-Pen sells very fast and although we endeavor to keep enough stock available, it may happen that we run out of stock. When this happens, the "In Stock" status in the Shop changes to "Pre-Order", meaning that we are awaiting new stock. You can still "Pre-Order" and once the stock is replenished, the Pre-Orders will be delivered first starting at the the earliest orders placed.

3. MANUAL PAYMENT - Electronic Fund Transfer. EFT payments should be processed immediately after the order has been placed. Manual Payment orders (EFT) will be deemed as abandoned after 24 hours if the order payment does not reflect in our bank account. Therefore if no payment is cleared in our bank account after 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
The X-Pen is developed with a three year life expectancy, covered with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against electronic failure. Warranty does not cover the battery, because when a FAST CHARGER has been used for charging your X-Pen, the PC board may be damaged and therefore the damage may be caused by negligence by the user.
The invoice must be retained for warranty purposes. Physical damage, damage caused due to abuse or exposure to liquids and over exposure to high voltage of a FAST CHARGER, are excluded.
As X-Pen requires online access to Google Speech engine and it does not operate effectively, it is not constituted as a failure of the device, but rather a temporary connection issue which will be resolved as soon as possible.
Warranty periods may differ on different products. See the product description in the Shop for individual product warranties. Where no warranties are indicated, the product is not covered under Warranty.
The purchaser is responsible for return fees or charges. Once received at our office, the damage will be assessed and the warranty honored or rejected based on the assessment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the purchaser needs to notify Wingss of the intention to return the product/s within 48 Hours after delivery has been taken via email to info@x-pen.world (mailto:info@x-pen.world). The product/s need to be returned in an undamaged state and in the original packaging. We'll arrange collection of the product from the original delivery address. The purchaser is responsible for associated return fees which will be deducted from the refund amount. Once received, the product will be inspected for physical damages and if none are present, we'll process a full refund into the bank account registered in the purchaser's name as it appears within the original order or invoice supplied at the time of purchase.
