      Wonderful experience

      Bought it for my son who has Stargardts' disease and has trouble reading small font in school handbooks. Still getting used to it, but we believe it will make a big difference to assist him with his low vision. Thanks for making a product available thats affordable.

      Disappointed

      Disappointed with the pen.

      Would actually not mind if I can return it.

      It is not very user friendly.

      Kids use it so you would expect it to be easier.

      It words are not properly scanned it doesn't read properly.

      Can't scan all size font. Struggles when it is too big or too small.

      Honestly, I am disappointed.

      Our X-Plain page has a host of instruction videos at www.x-.pen.world/x-plain which instructs on ALL X-Pen functions. Viewing of these videos before attempting to use X-Pen is strongly advised.

      X-Pen - for Afrikaans learner

      SACAP uses British English and the X-pen does not have British English. The font that the X-pen can read is very limited. There is also no after purchase service for this device.

      X-Pen offers both US AND BRITISH pronunciation. To change, follow these steps:

      1. Settings

      2. Pronunciation

      3. Select US / British

      The Language Selection in the Offline Read Menu (Pink Icon) will still indicate USA English as an option, but will pronounce as per the selected PRONUNCIATION Setting. We'll have this corrected with future versions.
